2026 Conference Details

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Woman to Woman Conference check-in begins Friday, September 18, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.

• Hotel rooms will be available beginning at 4:00 p.m.
• Hotel check-out is Sunday at 11:00 a.m.

HOSPITALITY HOURS

Hospitality will be available throughout the weekend during the following hours:

• Friday: 3:00–5:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. and 9:00–11:00 p.m.
  Hospitality will be closed during dinner.
• Sunday: 7:00–9:00 a.m.

HOTEL FEES

Resort and parking fees are waived for Woman to Woman Conference attendees. If you are assessed either fee, please ask the hotel to remove it and let them know that you are attending our conference.

CONFERENCE BADGES

You will receive your badge when you register. Badges must be worn throughout the weekend and will serve as your golden ticket into meetings, dinners, activities, and Sunday’s light fare.

FRIDAY EVENING

Dinner begins at 6:00 p.m. and will be served buffet-style. Friday’s dinner theme is Hawaiian. Dressing according to the theme is optional, so please feel free to dress comfortably.

After dinner, we will have a short break followed by our Friday evening speaker, who will share their experience, strength, and hope.

After the speaker, you may attend a candlelight meeting, grab your swimsuit and go for a swim, relax in the Jacuzzi and meet new friends, enjoy games in the hospitality suite, or attend a relaxing sound bath in the Marina Cove Building.

SATURDAY EVENING

Saturday’s dinner theme is A Night of Glamour. Although some women choose to dress up for dinner, participating in the theme is entirely optional. The atmosphere throughout the weekend is casual, so please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.

After dinner, Bingo will be available in the Ballroom. Bingo is a free activity and a chance to win some fun prizes!

WEEKEND ACTIVITIES

Activities will be available throughout the weekend, including making a God Box, several crafts, yoga, and sound bath. Check the schedule to stay up to date on the timing of activities. 

The hotel also offers kayak, paddleboard, and bicycle rentals.

OPPORTUNITY TICKETS AND CASH DRAWINGS

We sell “Opportunity Tickets” to raise money for our scholarship fund and will be giving away some great prizes. We will also have 50/50 cash drawings each day and evening, so please bring cash with you to the main speaker meetings if you would like to participate.

SPECIAL 2027 REGISTRATION RATE

To show our appreciation, Woman to Woman San Diego will offer a very special discount to all attendees who register and pay for the 2027 Conference during the weekend of September 17–19.

Please bring your preferred payment method to lock in this special rate. Before you leave on Sunday, see a committee member to complete your 2027 registration!

CONFERENCE TIPS

• If you need help at any time during the weekend, please find a committee member. Look for the Committee Member tag on our badges—we are always happy to help!
• This year, select breakout meetings will focus on Steps 1 through 12. You are welcome to bring any 12-Step literature or materials you may find helpful. Please refer to the enclosed 2026 Program for meeting dates, times, and room locations. Attendance is limited
• The optional Saturday lunch requires advance registration directly with the hotel. The hotel will email attendees who have reserved a room with registration instructions, so please keep an eye on your inbox and spam or junk folder.
• Wear your conference badge throughout the weekend. It is your golden ticket into meetings, dinners, activities, and Sunday’s light fare.
• Keep the weekend schedule handy and arrive a few minutes early for meetings, meals, and activities.
• Bring cash if you would like to purchase Opportunity Tickets or participate in the 50/50 cash drawings.
• Bring your preferred payment method if you would like to register for the 2027 Conference at the special 2026 rate.
• Bring a yoga mat if you would like to participate in yoga or the sound baths.
• Consider bringing a swimsuit if you would like to enjoy the pool or Jacuzzi.
• Bring comfortable clothing for activities. You may also want to bring a light sweater or jacket, as hotel meeting rooms can sometimes be cool.
• Participation in activities and dinner themes is optional. Please take care of yourself, participate at your own comfort level, and enjoy the weekend—One Day at a Time!
